A DAY TO REMEMBER:
Remembrance Day: It is observed on November 11 to recall the end of World War I on that date in 1918. Remembrance Day is specifically dedicated to members of the armed forces who were killed during war and who are currently serving for our country today.
Today, at church, We had a full house. Tons of new people and of course our own congregation members. It was awesome! As wel l as today we celebrated the strength and courage of our fellow soldiers in our "Remembrance Day Ceremony". We were blessed to have Patti Dunsmore read some of her poems that she had written and Tom Reid read the poem In Flanders Field. As well our a full brass band played a few pieces today(10 ppl) and the worship team played a few selections as well.
Make sure to join us all at The St.Albert Cenotaph on Saturday November 11 at 10:30am to remember the men and women who have and continue to serve our country.
